A few days ago, Transsion Group model Tecno was disappointed after a press launch that it could launch the Camon 16 series early. The Camon 16 series is made up of three completely different fashions – Camon 16, Camon 16 Pro, and Camon 16 Premier. The three models share a volume spec with a quad-camera setup on the rear and a twin selfie camera setup. Nevertheless, only the Camon 16 premiere is exclusively revealed.
The Camon 16 premiere features a 6.9 inch LCD FullHD + show with a 90 Hz refresh value and a tablet-shaped punch-hole design. The punch-hole-selfie camera has a 48MPmain camera and an 8MP ultraviolet sensor.
If we talking about the rear, the 64MP Sony IMX686 is the main sensor with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and two 2MP units to help with evening photos and portraits. The phone has the side-mounted fingerprint design located beneath the additional power button os the device.
Keeping the lights on is a 4500mAh battery and the phone helps with 33W fast charging.
The Camon 16 Premier is on sale for KES28,999 (about $ 275) Kenya with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The device comes bundled with a free TWS Hipodes within the retail package deal.
Tecno has not yet revealed the total specs of the Camon 16 Pro and Camon 16. We speculate that these will be launched later this month.
