As we all now fight to contain the deadly novel coronavirus disease in the world and develop a vaccine for it, Malaysia has discovered a new pressure of the virus that has been detected to be 10 times more extra infectious.

The mutation, called D614G, was not present in any of the three cases out of 45 in the cluster, starting with the owner of a restaurant in India that violated his 14-day residency quarantine. He has since been sentenced to a fine and 5 months in jail.

The pressure was additionally present in one other cluster involving individuals getting back from the Philippines.

Disclosing this, Malaysia’s Ministry of Health Director-General Noor Abdullah noted that the group needed to be extra careful after detected the D614G mutation of the novel coronavirus.

He noted that pressure may mean that current research on vaccines, as opposed to mutations, may be incomplete or ineffective. He said that it is 10 times simpler to infect different people and simpler to spread.

Noor Hisham post a Facebook post on Sunday that said, “Individuals should be cautious and take larger precautions as a result of this pressure has now been present in Malaysia. Whereas Malaysia has managed to comprise the resurgence of the virus, the cases have been continuously picking up in the country.

The discovery of this new coronavirus disease by scientists may represent a setback for some vaccine candidates in opposition to the virus. It would seem that current vaccine analysis would be triggered to be incomplete or ineffective towards this change.
